Charging options

Pre-paid PIN codes are anonymous user accounts that are used to manage a customer’s available credit. Users purchase a unique pre-paid PIN code which they will use for authentication to access the client terminals.

Use the "Ticket Station" module to set up an automated ticket station for prepaid PIN codes. The software is usually installed on the same computer that also runs SiteCafe Server. You will also need a receipt printer as well as a compatible payment device, such as a coin acceptor.

Staff members can unlock a terminal for a certain period of time, in exchange for payment of the usage fee. SiteCafe can be set to accept payment in advance.

User accounts can be created for each customer and are used to manage a customer’s available credit. Customers are granted access to the kiosk terminals by entering their account user name and password.
