Support Request: Error screen - Access Forbidden

Description

Multiple times per day we receive the error "Access forbidden - You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected" (see screenshot).

How can we analyse where this error message is coming from? Is there a possibility to increase loggin on SiteKiosk in order to detect the root cause of this message?
In the SiteKiosk logfiles no error message is found.

If you posted the exact title of the message, then this is not a message from SiteKiosk.

If you are using the Chrome engine of SiteKiosk, you can activate the browser debug mode. This is described here: https://devblog.provisio.com/post/2017/09/15/Debugging-Webpages-in-the-SiteKiosk-Windows-Chrome-Browser.aspx.
