Support Request: Invalid License

Description

I was doing routine maintenance on our Kiosk and in the SiteKiosk Configuration application there was a notification that there was an updated version available. I performed the update and now my installation of SiteKiosk is an "Unregistered Version". When I attempted to apply our license I received a notification that it was invalid. Please let me know what I need to do to register our Kiosk software.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. To clarify what happened, in order to update SiteKiosk to the newest version, your license will need to be less than a year old. In your case, you would have two options. You could reach out to our Sales Team (http://www.provisio.com/web/us/company/contact) or purchase online a version update or annual maintenance. Second, you could backup your configuration files and reinstall your previous version. You can find your previous version here: https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx. And you can view the dates of your license purchases (support and updates for 12 months) in My Account >>My Licenses to match the release date of the previous version.
