There is no known issue with sites using server side scripts, including php, in SiteKiosk. Does your page work in IE outside of SiteKiosk? Can you run the following example php script in the SiteKiosk browser successfully?

I am using IE11 and it works fine outside of Sitekiosk; but, does not run php scripts in either .html files or in .php files. It just displays the php code.

The php problem is only in the Sitekiosk browser (IE 11 when Sitekiosk is running)

It was my error. I had set configuration to run 'file:e:\pathto\index.html. This didn't use apache. Changed configuration to 'http://localhost/index.html and it works.
