Support Request: New License is out of date

Description

I purchased a Basic SiteKios license a few days ago. I installed the latest site kiosk 8.9. After installing and testing. I tried to register the software. I get an error that says my license is for an older version of SiteKiosk and that my free updates have expired.

The software was purchased for my at Sandia National Labs. This is the registration information that I received from the purchaser. This is the 3rd license I have purchased and the first time I have had a problem.

You will need to make sure that you use the full license name and code. Everything between the quotes for both. In the license that you sent in your email request about this, you did not have the full license name. Please do not post any license information here in the public support forum.
