Support Request: White screen on custom .scr file

Description

When i use any of windows 7 default screensavers it runs fine under sitecafe.
When i use our own custom .scr file then it runs in the config wizard when i use the preview button, but in sitekios(under admin and protected user) i get a white screen.

What can this be?

Hello,

You may verify/check that the third party screen saver .scr file (and all files that are necessary to execute the scr file – not the content) is installed in the Windows directory "...\Windows\system32" (on Windows x64 "...\Windows\SysWOW64").

But generally we cannot guarantee that any third party Windows screen saver works.

No solution for this 3th party screensaver.
I solved it bij rebuilding it in flash adn let that file run.
