Support Request: Script Auto Proxy

Hi,

we aren't using the content filter an i have it turned off however, when we run the application I get an error stating that we are using auto proxy script. We are unable to change this as a business and therefore need to see if there is a way to turn this message off?

That was an issue on older versions of SiteKiosk but I am not aware of an issue like this with the current version. Can you verify that you have SiteKiosk 8.9 build 2821 installed? You can see that information in the SiteKiosk configuration tool next to the save buttons. Have you configured you proxy settings in the SiteKiosk configuration tool under >Basic >Maintenance?

Hi,

I have checked and we are using that version of the software, If I am able to I will send a screenshot of the error.

I believe that I have entered the details of our Proxy server and we use a Proxy.pac. The key issue I am facing is that I cannot seem to turn the content filter off therefore stopping this error message.

To turn the SiteKiosk content filter off open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Plus >Content Filter and click on the red side of the switch icon at the top. Do you get an error? I received the screenshots.

Hi

I tried the above as per the screenshots sent over. please could this be escalated in order to come to a speedy resolution. We have a large roll out for one of our production sites that will use this software that we are trying to do a proof of concept on for the end of the month.
