Support Request: disable Alerts

Description

Hello,

I installed a sitekiosk on machine Philips (smart monitor) with Android systém. Is there a way to turn off some types of alerts? This machine has no battery - it is permanently connected to power supply. But I received to monitoring "Battery level is low" and "The device is not connected to a power supply". I cant find a switch where should I manage this alerts or set up to hide.

Hello,

The information about the battery state will be received from Android and SiteKiosk just forwards it to SiteRemote (throwing an alert if configured).

You can deactivate that alert in the alert settings of the corresponding user (-->Users-->[username]-->Edit-->Alert Notifications).
Deactivate the checkbox at “Android (e.g. switching to battery power)” in the list “Notification options for results”.
