What do you see when the screensaver activates with the settings from your screenshot?

The screensaver doesn't work at all.

Now I need to wait for you respond, which takes another 12 hours.
Your support process is very poor, we need instant support for the money we pay.

Hello,

I noticed that you are not using the recommended path ..\SiteKiosk\Html\ to save the video files you want to play with the SiteKiosk Player utility.
This folder has already the necessary rights to be readen from SiteKiosk, and therefore a recommended folder to be use for that purpose.
Thus you might want to use a path based on it, e.g. \SiteKiosk\Html\myscreensavercontent\.

For security reasons you cannot use any internal path unless you define it first as permitted URL and assign read rights from the System Security Wizard as well.

On the other hand, you can check the folder ..\SiteKiosk\Logfiles\ where you will find a daily .txt file with all the entries generated by the software, between them those corresponding to blocked navigations. Hopefully you will find what is exactly happening in this case and in another situations.

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards,
JG

What is the result when you click the Test button on the SiteKiosk Player dialog where you add your file? When you say "it doesn't work" it sounds like the screensaver does not activate at all. Is that the case or do you see an all black screen or all white screen or an error message etc? More details would be helpful in expediting a resolution to your issue. The reason I am asking for more detail is because this a basic function without any additional settings. It is possible the video uses an unsupported codec. Can you play the video with Windows Media Player outside of SiteKiosk on that machine? Can you provide a link to your video file and your SiteKiosk configuration file and send that to ward(at)provisio.com.
