Support Request: New install

Description

New install, I can run the editor but when I try to run the KIOSK software "1 time" option it goes to a white screen with a safe on it and the working in background symbol. Nothing more. I have to restart the computer to get out.

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your inquiry. It is quite difficult to say what would cause your SiteKiosk to not start properly. We could check these steps to find the cause.

Start modes:
Start Once -- When in the Admin account you can use Start Once to check your configuration.
Auto Start -- This is SiteKiosk in production mode where it is ran under a restricted environment. If you saved your configuration files here: C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Config, your SiteKiosk should load.

Log files:
You can find your log files here: C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Logfiles in this format : yyyy-mm-dd.txt. You should check to ensure there are no errors preventing SiteKiosk from starting.
