Support Request: Problem displaying a URL


Sitekiosk blocks the display of a website: URL the buttons do not appear (see image 1)
When I go into the sitekiosk configuration and test the display, it displays correctly.
So it is certainly a legal problem in Sitekiosk. could you help me?

On my test system there is no problem displaying in SiteKiosk (checked with SiteKiosk 9.7.5232 on Windows 10).
Therefore you may send your SiteKiosk configuration (…\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg), a current log file (…\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) with the information at which time the problem occurred and a step by step description to reproduce the problem.
Furthermore please send the information which Windows version you use SiteKiosk on and what other software products are installed on that machine (screenshot of “Programs and Features”?).

Otherwise you may first check creating a new clean configuration (only set start page URL and password) and testing in “Start once” mode (before selecting auto start again).
