Support Request: Deactivate the licenses


It would be possible for us to deactivate the license for devices with the following serial numbers:


We can't do it because those tablets have been broken and we can't start them. We want to use those licenses on other devices.

I cannot see that these are SiteKiosk licenses, but in general SiteKiosk is not bound to a device.
You can uninstall SiteKiosk and reinstall and license it on another device (or, as in this case, simply install SiteKiosk on a new device because the old devices are defective).

The problem is that we cannot uninstall SiteKiosk from the devices, because they are damaged and we cannot turn them on. Is there any way to use those Sitekiosk licenses on other devices in this case?

Yes. As stated above simply install SiteKiosk on a new device then.
