Support Request: Sitekiosk auto start not working
We have 2 internet terminals with SiteKiosk 9 and Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 (17763.1039)
The problem started a couple of days ago simultaneously on both device. After turning on the terminal windows goes to the sitekiosk restricted user account instead of starting sitekiosk with the following error message:
" We can't sign in to your account.
This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost.
Any suggestions?
