Hello,

you Windows is reporting a language id 3072 that is not existing.
You can try to switch the Region and language settings of your Windows system explicitly to your country settings or temporarily switch them e.g. to English and then back again to what you want to use.

Hi.

It is set to United Kingdom and english language, that doesn't help.

Best regards,

Hello,

your Windows is reporting a language id, that is not existing. That is the reason for your problem. This is a problem outside of what SiteKiosk can influence. You need to find the Windows setting, that is causing this on your system. If you google for the message you get, you can see that this is a problem not restricted to SiteKiosk. Usually switching between languages under Windows fixes the problem, as this rewrites the wrong value.
Make sure to change all language settings Windows provides, there are a few, including e.g. display language, keyboard input, currency format.

Hello,

further researching your problem based on the error message showed that both or one of these registry keys
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Control Panel\\International\\LocaleName
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Control Panel\\International\\Locale
contain the unknown language information. This is related to the currency format of Windows.

We are looking into a way to mitigate the problem in our configuration tool.

Thank you - I have found out that changing all language settings to English Europe solves the issue.
