Support Request: HTTPS pages not opening in SiteKiosk
Reproduction
I am unable to reproduce the issue on a separate machine - your old case 18704 suggests that uninstalling and reinstalling the software resolves. Not really a suitable solution.
I created a sitekiosk with a portal page and a number of HTTP and HTTPS sites for end users to select.
They can access the HTTP sites with no issues from within the Portal Startpage but when they try to access the HTTPS links it fails with an error to retry the link.
If I close the Portal Startpage and log in as just the restricted user then I am able to access all the HTTPS pages as well as the HTTP.
The issue is not with my configuration as I've used the same configuration file on another 8.9.2618 computer with no repeat of the issue.
I have already reset the IE under the Restricted user and this has no effect inside the Portal page.
I am willing to re-install the software but obviously there could be an issue that is going unresolved.
Grateful for any assistance.
Peter
