Hello,

We use this hardware I5, 8G RAM, 500G HD.

This will be a small project that we plan to launch with 10 Kiosk devices with On-Screen Keyboard, and photo printers.

I have checked the Provisio SiteKiosk software website, and I believe we will need to use SiteKiosk Windows Plus that will include the following features of Provisio SiteKiosk software:
. All Basic features plus
. On-screen Keyboard
. Payment device support

I would like to explore the pricing in more details with the Sales Team, and I am summarizing my questions that I would like to discuss with you or your Sales / Technical Support teams below:

1.
The pricing for 10+ devices is 190 EUR / copy. I will await an update from you if this price is negotiable.

2.
SiteKiosk Windows - Annual Maintenance Renewal
. 40eur/copy
. I am not sure if we need to include this into our pricing?

3.
SiteKiosk Windows - Versions Update
. 89eur/copy
. I am not sure if we need to include this into our pricing?

4.
Cloud version for fewer kiosks.
. If we run 10 Kiosks will it sufficient to use the Cloud version or a separate server is required?

5.
SiteKiosk Windows - Creating skins which incorporate your corporate design
. from 500eur
. This is optional, and we may look into this later.

6.
SiteKiosk Remote
. license fees: Annual
. Cloud ( lease ) Updates: Automatically & Free
. I am not sure if we need to include this into our pricing?

7.
SiteRemote Cloud
SiteKiosk Remote
. If you can clarify the difference between these two options.
. I am not sure if we need to consider them for our project?

8.
Support tickets.
. If we have any technical issue in the future will there be Technical Support Team available?
. Will we need to purchase a support plan to submit service tickets?

Is Demo available for Photo Kiosk or Photo Lab solution where Provisio SiteKiosk is implemented?
. If yes we would like to get a link in youtube or if you can setup a meeting with the presentation.

10.
Adjusting the size of the On screen Keyboard and File Upload Window
. Would you please let us know if this can be implemented?
. Will it require any additional investment from our side?
. You have mentioned that you may need to check this with your support team.

---->The SiteKiosk Annual Maintenance Renewal is an optional support and maintenance renewal. The SiteKiosk license itself never expires. Please note that all prices are ---->in USD. The first 12 months of support and updates are included in the license price.

---->This would only be required if you have an older license where the support has been expired for a couple of years.

For 10 kiosks I recommend using SiteRemote Cloud. You do have the option of running your own SiteRemote Server. The features are the same. The main difference is the price.

---->This would only apply to the browser toolbar itself. You can also create your own html content and run that in full screen mode to create a custom look.

SiteRemote Cloud provide you an option for remotely monitoring and managing SiteKiosk.

---->We are available for phone and email support. All licenses come with 12 months of support and updates.

---->You can use SiteKiosk to lock down your photo printing / editing interface. You would need to either create a purchase the photo solution separately. This is not an out ---->of the box feature of SiteKiosk.
