Dear Sir/Madam,

I have an issue while using Sitekiosk on one of our deviced.

Addressing to a page under sitekiosk restricted user account gives a DNS error 0x7FF3FFFB
When i try to address same page from administrator account no error or issue occur.

Screenshot with error message and nslookup to the required url are attached. Also I am sending You config and log file of our sitekiosk

As SiteKiosk just uses the network connection provided by Windows the DNS error comes from Windows.
Maybe there is any (user dependent) setting required for connecting to the Internet on that device?

You first should check what happens if you start SiteKiosk the “Start once“ mode in the user account where it works outside of SiteKiosk.

If that also doesn’t work you should check again after disabling the option “Show SiteKiosk navigation error pages” at “-->Start Page & Browser-->Advanced” or even when switching to Chrome Browser Skin.

In case it works in “Start once” mode but not in “Auto Start” mode you should check the network connection with using another browser while logged in as SiteKiosk user.

Problem solved by using Chrome Browser.
