Support Request: Auto Login fails after pathc


We're still experiencing auto login to Google after we've applied the auto login patch. Please help.

Thank you for your inquiry. Can you explain more in detail? What is the patch that you are referring to? What changes did you make or applied? Also I could not download the file you posted. Can you send that to support-america(at), referring this post?

This is our Start Page link:

until today, it would automatically populate the login with Google screen with the email address. Today, it stopped updating this field leaving users stuck on the signin page without an email address. we've configured out network to auto login to the account if its the same as the computer account. However we need to have the kiosk input the email address.

Thank you for providing more details. SiteKiosK does not have to ability to auto populate those fields on its own. You can use JavaScript code to accomplish this. SiteKiosK will allow you to either use our Object Model or traditional JavaScript code. Here are some examples provided in our Developer Blog posts. Thanks. I will look into this. I thought we had support through our licenses and site remote subscription. What does additional support cost?
