Support Request: ADP PDF Player Download Button Missing

Description

When I update our SiteKiosk stations to the latest SiteKiosk version, the Adobe PDF download button identified in the attached picture disappears from our ADP website where users would normally click to download and print their pay stubs. The download button is identified in the attached picture with a large red arrow pointing to it. I have had to downgrade all of our SiteKiosk stations to the 9.7.5026 version where the button is still present in order to retain this download button on the Adobe PDF player. It seems that something was changed in the later versions of SiteKiosk which remove that download button from the Adobe PDF player in the browser. Now, we are affected by this new Autostart problem caused by the latest Windows 10 updates which we must now address. I cannot remain on the old version of SiteKiosk and must upgrade to fix the AutoStart problem. I'm stuck because we must retain the ability for users to download and print their pay stubs from ADP. Without the download button, they are unable to do so. I need that download button to work on the new version, the way it works in the version we are currently using.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. The newest version is optional due to the Windows update issue and a patch program was provided. Unfortunately for any other versions, you will need to run the update patch every time you make changes with the System Security Manager (Protect/Unprotect). See: >>>Customers who do not want or cannot install the fixed SiteKiosk version will find more information here: https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=25283 <<<.

Best regards,
Andre.

Is there a fix for that missing Adobe PDF download button? I don't want us to be stuck on this old version forever. I normally always update to the latest version. The other problem we're trying to get around is the fact that Google Mail is complaining about the Chromium browser not being secure. None of our users can access their personal Gmail as they're being blocked with a message saying the browser may not be secure. I found an article indicating modifying the 'User Agent' settings in the config which may resolve the Gmail problem, but this is something I'd prefer to resolve instead of working around the issue.
