Support Request: the registration window appears but the program is correctly registered

Description

Sometimes I find the sitekiosk activation window in the foreground but if I close the program and open the configurator, the program is correctly activated.
What can I do?

If this is about the registration dialog that displays on SiteKiosk start when SiteKiosk is not licensed please contact our sales via e-mail that they can check your license.
(Maybe the license was deactivated due to an update?)

Sorry, maybe I am not well explained, when i open the software configuration, it is correctly registered.
I would like to attach an image but i can't here in the ticket. Why?
The software seems to run regularly for several hours but sometimes it shows the registration screen.
