Support Request: Re licensing

Description

I've had to reinstall Windows on a machine that had the following license. When I try to re-license SiteKiosk, I get an error.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. There is a chance that you may have installed a SiteKiosk version that your license does not support. On the "My Licenses" page, click on "Payment on Invoice" link with the number. You can download your SiteKiosk version up to one year from that "Creation Date". You can find your older versions at this link , https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx . Please email our Sales Team (see above) for any further licensing questions.
